Bid on this bottle of 2010 Chapoutier-Laughton (La Pleiade) "Cluster M45" Shiraz Heathcote Victoria (97RP, 95JH, 92ST, 92WE). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Deep garnet-purple, the 2010 Cluster M45 Shiraz has lovely floral and herbal notes wafting over a solid core of youthful blackberries and black cherries with nuances of Chinese five spice and cloves. Great intensity and balance in a rather modest medium-full body with great graininess to the tannins and plenty of freshness. It finishes long. Note that no 2011 Cluster M45 was produced. Bid on this bottle of 1982 Penfolds "Grange" Shiraz South Australia (95JG, 94RP, 93JS, 92WS). John Gilman: "The 1982 Penfolds Grange Hermitage has always been an impressive bottle, and since its debut in the second half of the 1980s, this has been a head-turner of a vintage for this great wine. Despite its fairly early appeal (where there was more than enough beautiful fruit that one had no trouble drinking it with great pleasure and just ignoring its fair chassis of tannin), this was always a wine meant to age gracefully and it has done so in no uncertain terms. Today, the bouquet is deep and complex, offering up a moderately jammy blend of cassis, black raspberries, coffee, meaty tones, menthol, dried berries, a touch of leather, new oak and a good base of soil. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and complex, with fine focus and grip, a plush core of fruit and impressive length and grip on the meltingly tannic and well-balanced finish. This is a classic vintage of Grange and

Bid on this 6-bottle lot of 2001 Clarendon Hills Shiraz Tasting Lot, including 1-bottle of 2001 Clarendon Hills "Hickinbotham" Shiraz McLaren Vale (95RP, 94VN, 92JH, 92WS), 3-bottles of 2001 Clarendon Hills "Liandra" Syrah Clarendon South Australia (93RP, 93WS, 90VN), 1-bottle of 2001 Clarendon Hills "Moritz" Shiraz McLaren Vale (93RP, 90VN), and 1-bottle of 2001 Clarendon Hills "Piggott Range" Shiraz McLaren Vale (96RP, 94JH). Of the 2001 Clarendon Hills "Piggott Range" Shiraz McLaren Vale,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2001 Syrah Piggott Range may be one of several Clarendon Hills’ Syrah cuvees that stand toe to toe with its 2002 sibling. A giant Syrah, it boasts an enormously rich nose of black fruits, subtle vanilla, smoke, and a hint of graphite. Extremely full-bodied, thick, and prodigious, it will be at its finest between 2008-2025. (RP)" (08/2003)

Bid on this bottle of 1998 Penfolds "Grange" Shiraz South Australia (98RP, 97VN, 97WS, 95W&S, 95WE, 94JS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A wine that flirts with perfection, and should rival the 1986 as one of the legendary Granges produced, the 1998 has one of the highest alcohol contents (nearly 15%) as well as one of the highest percentages of Shiraz in the blend (97%). Its stunning purple color is accompanied by exceptionally sweet aromas of blackberry liqueur intermixed with barbecue spices, an endearing, smoky earthiness, pepper, roasted meats, and coffee. Huge, massive, unctuously textured, and extraordinarily youthful, this impressive wine is a candidate for perfection. It should continue to evolve over the next three decades. (RP) 98+" (06/2009)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Rockford "Basket Press" Shiraz Barossa Valley South Australia (95JH). James Halliday: "The beautiful label, traditional brown bottle, and the wine within, all have an allure. It's the richness and depth of the tannin structure - velvety and ripe, the suppleness on the palate, the savoury thread with coffee grounds, pepper, bitumen and yes oak but everything in its place plus its heady perfume with florals and red plums. (JF)" (08/2017)
Starting Bid: $120.00

Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2013 St. Hallett "Old Block" Shiraz Barossa Valley South Australia (97JH, 96JS). James Halliday: "A picture of good health, balance, flavour and length. It bristles with freshness, with power, with authority. The fruit - blueberry and blackberry, splashed with earth and ground coffee - is soft, but the tannin is ropey and firm, like arms around a bountiful harvest. A very long life is in store." (08/2016)
Starting Bid: $166.00

Bid on this bottle of 1991 Penfolds "Grange" Shiraz South Australia (96JH, 95JD, 95RP, 95WS, 93JS). James Halliday: "Medium to full red-purple; the usual array of richly luscious cherry, plum and black fruit aromas mingling with mocha and dark chocolate on the bouquet. The palate is as complex and structured as the bouquet promises; the tannins pick up early but are not overly aggressive, and run through a wine showing the full gamut of ripe, old vine Shiraz flavours."
