Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012 Domaine Sylvain Cathiard Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Aux Malconsorts" ((94-96VN), (93-95RP), 94BH). Vinous: "The 2012 Vosne-Romane´e Les Malconsorts is clearly built for the cellar. Explosive and full-bodied, the 2012 hits the palate with massive fruit and structure. There is plenty of intensity in the glass, but the Malconsorts is not yet fully formed because of its late malos. A recent bottle of the 1993 was truly spectacular. The 2012 has the potential to be as thrilling, if not better. (AG)" (01/2014)

Bid on this bottle of 2005 Nicolas Potel Grands-Echézeaux Grand Cru ((92-94BH), (91-92RP)). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "An intense and expressive nose of subtle wood spice combines with red Pinot and black currant notes plus almost pungent warm earth notes that continue onto the big, robust and sleekly muscled full-bodied flavors that are linear and more obviously structured on the cool, fine and pure finish that goes on and on. Patience will be required but this should amply reward a decade or more in the cellar. *Don't Miss!* " (01/2007)

Bid on this bottle of 2006 Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair Vosne-Romanée "Clos du Chateau" (90BH, 90JG). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "An expressive nose of lower register blue berry, violet, warm earth, stone and distinct Asian style spice hints slides gracefully into floral-infused medium-bodied lacy flavors that offer very good richness and ample volume on the admirably intense, plumy, linear and driving finish. Terrific quality for a villages level wine and again, certainly worth considering. *Outstanding* " (01/2009)
Starting Bid: $380.00

Bid on this magnum of 2003 Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair Vosne-Romanee "La Colombiere" (1.5L) (92RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Produced from 60-70-year old vines, the 2003 Vosne-Romanee La Colombiere displays a boisterous nose of red cherries and spices. Medium to full-bodied, intense, and succulent, this admirable wine exhibits a rich, ample personality redolent of candied red cherries as well as raspberries. Opulent yet focused, its character seamlessly lingers for 30 seconds or more in its lush, sweet finish. (PR)" (08/2005)
Starting Bid: $690.00

Bid on this magnum of 2015 Prieure Roch "Les Haut Maizieres" Vosne-Romanée (1.5L).
Starting Bid: $975.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2013 Domaine Jean Grivot Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Les Beaux Monts" (92BH, 92RP, 92VN, 92WS). Vinous: "Healthy red-ruby color. Very ripe, inviting aromas of black raspberry, mocha and coffee. Much more plush than the Vosne villages but still with a distinctly savory character to the flavors of red berries, spices and dried flowers. This juicy, very fine-grained wine spreads out nicely on the back end, finishing with rich, broad, horizontal tannins that reach the incisors. (ST) 92+" (03/2016)

Bid on this bottle of 2007 Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret Echézeaux Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes ((90-92BH)). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "(from vines in Les Rouges du Bas planted in 1929) This too sports very generous oak with a slightly riper red and black fruit profile that includes intense earth and underbrush tones that continue onto the rich, full and intense medium-bodied flavors blessed with ample dry extract that buffers the firm tannic spine on the lingering finish. This is less powerful than it usually is but it's a quality effort and better than the regular cuvée if only just. Drink: 2015+" (01/2009)
Starting Bid: $255.00

Bid on this bottle of 2003 Louis Latour Romanée St. Vivant Grand Cru "Les Quatre Journaux" (93BH, 91WS). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "As it often is, this is the tête de cuvée of the cellar with its explosive and ultra classy nose featuring wonderfully spicy, pure complex and ripe sexy black pinot fruit aromas and sweet, round, brilliantly defined and concentrated flavors that culminate in a velvet wrapped and hugely long finish. This has all of the refinement that one expects from a classic RSV but with the concentration and power than 2003 brings. In a word, beautiful. Drink: 2015+" (04/2005)
Starting Bid: $281.00

Bid on this bottle of 2012 Domaine du Comte Liger Belair Vosne Romanée "La Colombière" ((91-93VN), 91JG, 91RP). Vinous: "The 2012 Vosne-Romanée La Colombière is wonderfully precise in the glass. Saline notes underpin the fruit in a gorgeous Vosne that impresses for its overall balance. White pepper and orange peel nuances add and attractive element of exoticism to the dark, savory fruit. Over time, the wine seems to gain focus and energy, both of which add to its considerable appeal. (AG)" (01/2014)

Bid on this bottle of 2011 Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair Vosne-Romanée "Clos du Chateau" (90JG). John Gilman: "For having just been bottled in September, the 2011 Clos du Château was really showing beautifully in mid-November, with great style and grace in evidence on both the nose and palate. The bouquet is a very classy blend of plums, raspberries, coffee, underbrush, lovely soil tones and cedar. On the palate the wine is fullish, suave and very seductive, with a sappy core of fruit, sound acids and excellent length and grip on the modestly tannic finish. Like these first few wines in the Liger-Belair lineup, the 2011 Clos du Château will drink very well from the outset, but a few years in the cellar to allow its secondary layers to emerge strikes me as the proper course for this wine. 90+ " (11/2012)
Starting Bid: $451.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2017 Domaine Bruno Clavelier Vosne Romanee 1er Cru "Les Beaux Monts" Vieilles Vignes.
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this bottle of 1970 Domaine Marey Monge (DRC Bottling) Romanee-St-Vivant Grand Cru. From "Romanée-St-Vivant has an interesting history. It started out as the Clos St-Vivant, owned by the Abbey of St-Vivant. At one point, the abbey also owned Romanée-Conti and Richebourg, but they would hold RSV for longer and it was only this vineyard that took the abbey's name. However, the French Revolution dissolved the abbey's control, and eventually the vineyard was bought out by the Marey-Monge family.
Starting Bid: $810.00

Bid on this bottle of 2009 Comte Liger-Belair Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Les Chaumes" (94RP, (90-93BH)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2009 Vosne-Romanee Les Chaumes is insanely beautiful. It is a complex wine that changes constantly in the glass. At times it is the wine’s dark fruit that dominates, while at others it is the aromatics that take center stage. I especially like the way the Chaumes blossoms on the palate. The finish is rich, textured and totally seductive. (AG)" (05/2011)

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair Vosne-Romanée ((88-90RP)). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2014 Vosne-Romanée Villages has impressive volume on the nose with wild strawberry and a slight confit note that is nicely defined. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, elegant and pure, and there is a fine line of acidity with quite a dense finish. This is very fine. (NM)" (12/2015)
