Bid on this bottle of 2017 Kongsgaard "The Judge" Napa Valley Chardonnay (100RP, 96VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2017 Chardonnay The Judge prances out of the glass with flamboyant notes of baked pineapple, green mango, apricot preserves and nutmeg with underlying nuances of sea spray, lime blossoms, yuzu, almond croissant and crushed rocks plus a waft of beeswax. Full-bodied, the palate is charged with amazing energy, featuring loads of tightly knit layers and a scintillating backbone of freshness, finishing with decadent creaminess and with that lingering “The Judge” mineral signature coming through at the very tail end. Bid on this bottle of 2012 Peter Michael "Point Rouge" Knights Valley Chardonnay (100RP, 97WS, 95ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Remarkably, both vintages of Peter Michael’s top Chardonnay selection, the Point Rouge, may merit perfect scores. A selection of the best barrels, it is meant to age for 30 or more years. It represents the crème de la crème essence of what this estate is about. Helen Turley first coined the term by putting red dot stickers on the best barrels in the cellar, hence the name Point Rouge. This cuvée is made from Old Wente selections and some of the estate’s oldest vines, particularly the 25-year-old vines in Belle Côte. (RP)" (12/2014)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2002 Salon Blanc de Blancs Le Mesnil Champagne (Gift Box - 100WE, 99JS, 97VN, 97WS) in original gift box. Wine Enthusiast: "The 35th and most recent vintage of Salon since the house was founded in 1905 is memorable and magnificent. Made only from Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, it combines intense minerality, a crisp textured core and the beginnings of maturity. The depths of this wine, with its layers of fruit and steeliness, are superb. *Cellar Selection* (RV)" (12/2014)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2012-2013 Aubert "Eastside Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay Vertical, including 1-bottle of 2012 Aubert "Eastside Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (99RP, 95VN, 95WS) and 1-bottle of 2013 Aubert "Eastside Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay (100RP, 97JD, 95VN). Of the 2013 Aubert "Eastside Vineyard" Russian River Valley Chardonnay,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "The 2013 Chardonnay Eastside is from a vineyard owned by Ulises Valdez, and planted with the Montrachet clone on the very low-yielding rootstock called riparia gloire. This wine displays terrific intensity, plenty of stony minerality, and great precision in its notes of subtle white peach, pineapple, almond paste, brioche and crème brûlée. This is a killer wine and a perfect example of 2013 Chardonnay at its best. I never thought this wine could hit this peak, but the proof is in the tasting, and the wine, which was somewhat shy and reserved after bottling, has truly com

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2006 Taittinger "Comtes de Champagne" Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne (97DC, 97VN, 96JD, 96RP, 95WE, 94BH, 94WS, 92CG). Vinous: "The 2006 Comtes de Champagne is striking, especially in the way it brings together elements of ripeness and freshness in a hypothetical blend of the 2002 and 2004. Smooth and creamy on the palate, the 2006 is all about texture. There is a real feeling of density and weight in the 2006, qualities I expect to see grow with time in the bottle. All the elements fall into place effortlessly. The 2006 has been nothing short of magnificent both times I have tasted it. Comtes de Champagne remains the single best value (in relative terms) in tête de cuvée Champagne. I suggest buying a case and following it over the next 20-30 years, which is exactly what I intend to do. There is little doubt the 2006 Comtes de Champagne is a magical Champagne in the making. Bid on this bottle of 1996 Salon "Le Mesnil" Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne (98JS, 97BH, 97RP, 97WE, 96JG, 96W&S, 95VN, 95WS, 93DC). James Suckling: "Incredible freshness and tightness with fantastic acidity and minerality. Full-bodied, compacted and intense. Flinty! Then light yeast and bread dough. Superb. In suspended animation! " (03/2016)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Aubert "Lauren Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99RP, 98JD, 97VN, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Flirting with perfection is the 2014 Chardonnay Lauren Estate, from 16-year-old vines, which offers great extract, richness, and plenty of honeysuckle, tropical fruit and citrus oil. The wine, showing its concentration because of the drought year, should easily last 12-15 years. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $255.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Peter Michael "Point Rouge" Knights Valley Chardonnay (100RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Chardonnay Point Rouge is pure pedigree and class, showing all the elegance and seamlessness of a truly top-tier Chardonnay. Opening with tightly furled citrus and spiced apple notes over salty almond, cashew, allspice, anise and ginger, plus wafts of orange blossom and crushed rocks, the medium-bodied palate is wonderfully well poised, with seamless flavor layers intermingled with just enough freshness, finishing long and beautifully perfumed. Wow. 292 cases were made. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $225.00

Bid on this bottle of 2014 Peter Michael "Point Rouge" Knights Valley Chardonnay (99RP, 94VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Equally provocative and profound is the magnificent 2014 Chardonnay Point Rouge. Complex notes of tropical fruits intermixed with toast, smoked almonds, brioche and white peach are stunning in this prodigious, full-bodied, multidimensional Chardonnay. Both the 2015 and 2014 are 10- to 15-year wines, but extremely difficult to find in the marketplace. As I have mentioned in the past, readers should note the slight greenish hue to all of the Peter Michael Chardonnays, which seems to be a healthy sign of high-quality fruit and the chlorophyll from the vines. (RP)" (10/2016)
Starting Bid: $250.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2000 Puligny Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive. Very rich, with lots of depth and focus. The mid-palate is almost opulent, and it has classic minerality and lots of elegance. The fruit is surprisingly forward. (Keith Wollenberg, K&L Wines) 'Quite floral with citrus and white flower aromas followed by medium bodied, nicely precise flavors underscored by minerals and a solid acid backbone. The overall balance is quite impressive and this is a really lovely Puligny villages.' (Steve Tanzer, International Wine Cellar) 'Good depth here. Quite rich. Good grip. medium-full body. Elegant and balanced. Very good. (Clive Coates, The Vine)

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2014 Aubert Chardonnay Tasting Lot, including 1-bottle of 2014 Aubert "Sugar Shack" Napa Valley Chardonnay (97RP, 95JS, 95VN) and 1-bottle of 2014 Aubert "UV-SL Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (97VN, 96RP). Of the 2014 Aubert "Sugar Shack" Napa Valley Chardonnay,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "Another stunner is the 2014 Chardonnay Sugar Shack. This wine, which was harvested August 18, 2014, was one of the earliest picks Mark Aubert had ever done. The wine offers up great fruit, which includes notes of pineapple, green apple, honeysuckle and peach marmalade. It is full-bodied with exceptional purity, lingering across the palate. Drink it over the next 7-12 years. This is the only vineyard for Chardonnay that he has in Napa Valley. (RP)" (10/2016)

Bid on this magnum of 2009 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru (1.5L) (95VN, 95WS, 94BH, 93ST). Vinous: "There is just one barrel of the 2009 Bâtard-Montrachet, which is a shame, as the wine is marvelous. This is a breathtaking, rich Bâtard endowed with layers of expressive fruit. Minerals and all sorts of crushed rocks frame the intensely pointed, chiseled finish. The Bâtard remains fresh, vibrant and weightless in a kaleidoscopic, dazzling style that only great white Burgundy is capable of delivering. (AG)" (08/2011)
Starting Bid: $1,250.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2012 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100RP, 99JD). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2012 Chardonnay Marcassin Vineyard, which will probably be released in a few months, displays great minerality, notes of honeysuckle, orange marmalade, poached pear, and white flowers as well as a touch of quince. A wine of great intensity, yet incredibly ethereal elegance, this light greenish gold-colored wine is full-bodied, stunningly rich, and altogether remarkable. When you consider that they use 100% new French oak and 100% heavy toast for both their Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, it is remarkable how little oak appears in these wines. This wine should age well for 10-15 years, as most of the Marcassin Estate Chardonnays have done to date. (RP)" (03/2016)
Starting Bid: $851.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2015 Aubert "UV-SL Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100RP, 97JS, 95VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Giving up zingy lemon zest and grapefruit notes with layer upon layer of chalk dust, marzipan, honeyed brioche and ginger plus a touch of coriander seed, the 2015 Chardonnay UV-SL has a full-bodied powerhouse of a palate that delivers the goods and then some. Perfumed, seductive and drop-dead sexy, this is a real show-stopper of a Chardonnay with intensity and structure to age gracefully over the next 15+ years. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $230.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2013 Rhys "Horseshoe Vineyard" Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay (94RP, 93JG, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "My favorite of the latest release Chardonnays, the 2013 Chardonnay Horseshoe Vineyard is a screaming effort that got a few wows in the notes. More ripe and rounded than the Alpine Vineyard (at the moment anyways, as Kevin commented that this cuvee continues to pick up more and more focus with bottle age), its light/medium gold color is followed by tons of ripe white peach and orchard fruits, toasted nuts, crushed rock and white flowers. Rounded, concentrated and rich on the palate, yet with vibrant underlying acidity that cuts through the finish, give it a year or two in the cellar and enjoy bottles through 2025+. (JD) 94+" (10/2015)

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2014 Domaine Costal Chablis 1er Cru "Vaillons". About this producer: "Domaine Costal / Henri Costal is a unique collaboration between the well-known Chablis producer Domaine Jean Collet and Kermit Lynch. The project began with a simple barrel tasting with Kermit and led to a custom label, custom vinification, and bottling process exclusively for the American market. The end result of this first tasting was a terroir-driven Chablis from a single vineyard site called Truffières, loosely translated as 'site where truffles grow.'"
Starting Bid: $62.00

Bid on this bottle of 2015 Aubert "CIX" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (100RP, 96VN, 95WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Chardonnay CIX Estate has the most alluring, singular, beguiling nose so that it cannot fail to impress. Revealing notes of candied ginger, nutmeg, aniseed, apple pie and pear tart, it delivers a full-on bombastic, richly fruited and decadently creamy palate, beautifully contrasted by a seamless line of freshness, finishing multilayered and with epic persistence. Wow. (LPB)" (10/2017)
Starting Bid: $95.00

Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 2010-2011 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay Vertical, including 1-bottle of 2010 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (99RP, 94VN) and 1-bottle of 2011 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (97RP, 93WS). Of the 2010 Marcassin "Marcassin Vineyard" Sonoma Coast Chardonnay,Robert Parker's Wine Advocate writes: "With a slightly smokier edge to the honeysuckle, poached pear, pineapple and caramelized citrus notes, the 2010 Chardonnay Marcassin Vineyard hits the palate with a full-bodied, thunderous affect of fruit, glycerin and acidity. The wine reveals some smoke in the aromatics, but little, if any, in the flavor profile. Full-bodied, lovely, and again, close to perfection (as so often these wines are), this is a beauty to drink over the next decade or more. (RP)" (08/2015)
Starting Bid: $401.00

Bid on this 4-bottle lot of 2015 Beringer "Luminus" Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley Chardonnay (93VN, 93WE, 91WS). Vinous: "The 2015 Chardonnay Luminus is terrific in this vintage. Lemon peel, white flowers, mint and white pepper are front and center. The decision to partially block the malolactic fermentation results in a Chardonnay endowed with striking nuance and energy. All the elements fall into place effortlessly. (AG)" (12/2016)
Starting Bid: $80.00

Bid on this bottle of 2008 Peter Michael "Point Rouge" Sonoma County Chardonnay (98RP, 96WS, 95ST). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2008 Chardonnay Point Rouge pushes intensity and richness to the limit. It is an extravagant Chardonnay with tremendous amounts of buttered tropical fruits, white peaches, hazelnuts, almond paste, brioche, crushed rocks and spring flowers. As always, the 2008 Point Rouge is one of the most profound California Chardonnays produced. (RP)" (02/2011)
Starting Bid: $165.00

Bid on this bottle of 2013 Peter Michael "Mon Plaisir" Knights Valley Chardonnay (97JS, 97RP, 93WS). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2013 Chardonnay Mon Plaisir offers up notes of nectarine, citrus blossom, white peach, honeysuckle, orange marmalade, brioche and tropical fruits. The wine has fabulous fruit that clearly justifies its French name, which means 'My Pleasure.' Drink it over the next 7-10 years. (RP)" (12/2015)
Starting Bid: $100.00

Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2015 Peter Michael "Belle Côte" Knights Valley Chardonnay (98RP, 97WE, 94WS, 93VN). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Chardonnay Belle Cote has a seriously savory/sweet nose of brioche, beeswax, salty ham and toasted nuts with a core of warm apricots, candied ginger and chalk dust. Medium-bodied, with exquisite harmony and depth, it delivers intense stone fruit and spice flavor layers with a very long, toasty finish. (LPB)" (10/2017)
